Asked & answered.
The things people actually want to know, answered straight, without a single “great question!”
What exactly is ADAM PreDay?+
A chrono-nutrition drink mix: 24 clinically-dosed actives in one scoop, designed to be taken in the first 30 minutes after you wake up, before coffee, before food, before anything else.
It targets the six things your body wakes up needing: cellular hydration, cortisol support, cognitive precursors, cellular energy, cardiovascular flow, and a circadian reset.
Why does the timing matter so much?+
Because your body runs on a 24-hour biological cycle that determines when you absorb nutrients best. The period after waking is the moment that cycle is most receptive to many micronutrients. The same ingredients at 2 PM simply don’t do the same job.
That’s the whole idea: not just what you take, but when.
When can I buy it?+
PreDay launches in December 2026. The waitlist (we call it the Day One Club) gets first access before the public launch.
What do I get for joining the waitlist?+
Three things: early access (doors open to the club first), founder pricing, and the Day One box: tub, shaker, shirt, and a letter.
Plus the occasional update that we promise is worth reading. (We can’t fully guarantee that. But we’ll try.)
Does it replace my coffee?+
It can. PreDay has 250 mg of caffeine, which is about the same as your first cup of coffee. If you still want coffee afterwards, enjoy it. You’ll just notice you need it less, because you’re no longer using caffeine to paper over dehydration and depleted precursors.
What does it taste like?+
Berry Lemonade. Uplifting for your morning routine.
Is this backed by real science?+
Yes! Our team has consulted research from scientists across disciplines of circadian biology, chrono-nutrition, cardiovascular health, cortisol rhythms and more to develop this formula. ADAM is based on decades of research across these fields and is optimized to deliver the best results in a single scoop.
Who's ADAM?+
ADAM is the brand, built around one idea: before anything else. The first name. The first moment of the day. No product owns that moment, so we built one that does.
In the beginning, there was ADAM. The rest of your day comes after.
How do I reach a human?+
Email hello@drinkadam.com. A real person reads it, usually before their second scoop.
