What exactly is ADAM PreDay?+
A chrono-nutrition drink mix: 24 clinically-dosed actives in one scoop, designed to be taken in the first 30–60 minutes after you wake up, before coffee, before food, before anything else.
It targets the six things your body wakes up needing: cellular hydration, cortisol support, cognitive precursors, cellular energy, cardiovascular flow, and a circadian reset.
Why does the timing matter so much?+
Because your body runs on a 24-hour biological cycle that determines when you absorb nutrients best. Science that earned the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physiology. The 30–60 minutes after waking is the moment that cycle is most receptive. Same ingredients at 2 PM simply don’t do the same job.
That’s the whole idea: not just what you take, but when.
When can I buy it?+
PreDay launches in 2026. The product is in final development right now. Formula locked, production being built out the right way rather than the fast way.
The waitlist (we call it the Day One Club) gets first access before public launch, plus founder pricing locked in.

Does it replace my coffee?+
It doesn’t have to. PreDay comes first. One scoop before anything else. If you still want coffee afterwards, enjoy it. You’ll just notice you need it less, because you’re no longer using caffeine to paper over dehydration and depleted precursors.
What does it taste like?+
Berry Lemonade. Bright and clean in cold water. Built to be drinkable at 6:40 AM every single day, which is a higher bar than it sounds.
What’s in it, and what’s not?+
24 actives across six systems: electrolytes for cellular hydration, adaptogens for cortisol support, cognitive precursors, mitochondrial and B-vitamin energy support, antioxidants for cardiovascular flow, and micronutrients like D3 + K2 for the circadian reset. Full label with doses drops before launch. Day One Club sees it first.
Not in it: proprietary-blend hide-the-dose games, artificial junk, or 300 mg of caffeine pretending to be a morning routine.
Is this backed by real science?+
The timing principle, chrono-nutrition, is built on circadian biology that earned the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. The cortisol awakening response has been documented since 1997. The morning cardiovascular strain data comes from sources like the American Heart Journal (2013).
